Corporate Finance - Associate

Qualifications

• Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Corporate Finance, or related fields is a plus.
• Possession of CFA or other finance-related professional accreditations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analyses.
• Analyze financial and operational data of companies operating in various industries.
• Prepare effective and strategic presentations and marketing materials (e.g., information memorandums) for clients.
• Participate in due diligence processes and contribute to contract negotiations in M&A transactions.
• Take an active role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, perform market research, and conduct strategic assessments.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate workflows.
• Conduct sector research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic client relationships.

• Proficiency in Bloomberg and financial data analysis tools

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, financial research, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), or valuation.

Preferred Previous Experience

• Solid background in financial modeling (DCF, comparable transactions, market multiples, and other valuation methods).
• Experience preparing client presentations and managing investment processes.
• Performing due diligence in transaction processes and presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Contributing to business development through strategic analyses and financial evaluations.
• Active involvement in M&A projects, including business development, analysis, and negotiation management.
